Choose a rug size from the room, not the catalogue photograph
Give each rug a position and a measurable outline. Furniture placement, chair movement and the meaning of the quoted dimensions belong in the same brief.
02 / RugsCompare rug materials and construction with a labelled sample
A fibre name and a front-view image do not describe the whole rug. Compare the declared composition, construction, reverse, edges and care record separately.
03 / RugsCustom rugs: keep shape, pattern and colour on one current version
A custom size, a recoloured design and a new pattern are different decisions. Link the dimensioned artwork to the sample references before confirming the order.
04 / RugsRug packing and arrival: record the piece, the package and the condition
Prepare the receiving record before dispatch. A package count, an unpacked condition check and acceptance for use should remain separate records.
